USSD:
An interactive session-oriented service suitable for enabling services where a large proportion of the mobile subscriber base is equipped with legacy handset models and service penetration is not dependent on the take-up of high-end devices.

IVR:
An Interactive Voice Response pan operator solution from that may be customized. i.e. Call-16xxx

Mobile Phone Application:
Java (J2ME), iOS and Android supporting handsets can be installed a user-friendly menu driven application. The communication is via data channel and all transaction receipts via SMS.

WAP/Web:
Interactive Internet or mobile Internet web site to access payment services.

 

 Transaction Types

The following transactions can be supported:

Mobile Banking: 
Evidu Mobile Payment System will support mBanking transactions such as balance enquiry, mini statement etc.

Cash-in/Cash-out:
allows the customer to go to a bank branch or agent in order to deposit (cash-in) or withdrawal (cash-out) funds from his account.

Bill /Utility payments:
ability to make payments for prepaid recharge, postpaid bill payment and other utility bill payments like electricity bills, water bills etc.

Mobile Money Transfer:
the following different types of money transfer are supported:

Money Transfer:
ability to transfer funds from a person to another. This would utilize underlying card association network for transfers and/or the SVC functionality provided by Evidu.

Inter-account transfers:
Evidu Payment Platform allows customers to transfer funds from an account in the bank to another account that he has with the same bank via the mobile.

Intra-account transfers:
Evidu Payment Platform allows customers to transfer funds from an account in the bank to another person’s account at the same bank via the mobile.

Shopping:
Evidu platform supports over-the-counter merchant payment with the same security and convenience like a conventional POS payment.

Ticketing:
SMG platform processes flight, movie and bus tickets as of today. SMG is constantly expanding the choice of merchant/outlets s and type of merchant/outlets s to provide to the customers. The platform is extensible to add any other transaction type / merchant/outlets type for payments.

Insurance payment:
Evidu already processes multiple insurance players in Bangladesh such as Life Insurance, Jibon Bima and is adding more to this bucket of insurance players.

Financial Inclusion and Microfinance:
